Do you feel cold and want something sweet? Nothing better than eating something rich and healthy!

For today, we bring you this recipe that, in addition to being chocolate, is healthy. Yes! Healthy!

Replacing refined flours, sugars and dairy products and using products that benefit our body can continue to enjoy a delicious flavor.

Servings: 6 medium portions of brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oatmeal

  • 1 / 2 cup of almond flour (or more oatmeal)

  • 2 1/2 spoons of baking powder

  • 2 spoons of applesauce

  • 2 spoons of bitter cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup of soy milk (you can replace it with skim milk, coconut milk or almond milk).

  • 2 eggs (only whites)

  • Stevia to taste

  • Vanilla essence to taste

  • 1/2 cup of bitter chocolate topping

  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil

  • Almonds or peanuts, chopped to taste

Preparation:

  1. Mix mil, egg whites, vanilla essence and applesauce in a bowl.

  2. Mix the flour, the baking powder, the bitter cocoa and the almonds or chopped peanuts in another bowl.

  3. Add the mixture from the first (liquid) container to the second. Combine until you get a homogeneous mass.

  4. Place the mixture in a square mold, preferably silicone.

  5. Bake at 150 ° C for approximately 30 minutes.

  6. Allow to cool for 20 minutes.

For coverage

  1. Melt the chocolate coating with the coconut oil in the microwave for 1 minute (you can also do it in a water bath).

  2. Bathe the brownie with the cover and decorate with your favorite toppings.

When your brownie is ready, do not forget to tag your favorite person with whom you will share it. You can use the hashtag : #IEatHealthyWithYoiss
